Marketing 3.0 (late post summary of W.O.W Marketeers Festival 2014 @Aston Pontianak) --- (1)

Bismillah...

saya adalah satu diantara banyak orang yang memandang sebelah mata segala hal tentang marketing, sales dan kerabatnya... And... its the 1st time for me attend marketing event... ;p excited yet curious.. excited karena speakernya keren... Bapak Hermawan Kertajaya, yang belakangan saya tahu sebagai bapak marketing Indonesia.. Penasaran?? pastinya, karena selalu bertanya-tanya kenapa acara-acara merketing HTM nya kok yaa selangiit... hehehe...

Voilaa... akhirnya dapat tiket WOW Marketeers Festival gratiss (HTM: 750k) ... kok bisaa?? yaa... ikutan kompetisinya dong yaa, temanya tentang Lalu Lintas ... jadi setiap finalis dapat tiket gratiss... Nothing too lose laah yaa.. anggap aja udah dapat hadiah 750k.. hehehe... (utk materi konsep yang dilombakan, diposting ntar yaak.. ;) )

Naah... get into the summary... for beginner kek saya... buanyaaak buangeed istilah yang gak familiar, but perlahan tapi pasti nyambung dikit-dikit dey.. n pastinya tulisan ini berdasarkan interpretasi atau penalaran saya pribadi.. no judge yoow, kl ada yang salah info ajah, I'm so opened for discuss

Lets start with ... Why "WOW??"

dalam marketing ternyata ada level costumer expression lhoo.. start from OK, AHA, and WOW ... sebagai orang yang lebih sering dalam posisi konsumen, saya akhirnya paham knp ada orang yang loyal banget terhadap brand atau company tertentu... that's because they got WOW feeling...

WOW means surprise, also very personal touch, and make contagious... WOW feeling very important for engaged customer.. thats Marketing 3.0

when you think about the product  (what people needs and what people wants) you are in  OK level, that is marketing 1.0...
then you think about what people expecting and people perception about your product.. so that you are in AHA level, which is Marketing 2.0...
but when you think about people desire and anxiety to your product.. you already in WOW zone, its called marketing 3.0

marketing 3.0 bisa diterapkan di produk atau bidang jasa apapun lhoo... makanya kudu tau tentang Shifting Costumer Path

Attitude ====== I like ====== appeal
Act ======== I'm Conviced ==== Ask
Act again ===== I'll buy ======== Act
                             I recommend ====== Advocate

sederhananya... Dont make your costumer as a King, but make a friendship with your costumer...
yang perlu diingat jugaa memberikan diskon ternyata nggak mendidik konsumen lhoo... ohyaa??? iyaa... karena itu bikin konsumen ragu dengan kualitas barang dan harga yang udah kita pasang (bener gaak siiy?? ada benernya jugaa yaa..) better ngasii bonus daripada diskon... gitu katanya pak Hermawan...
